Job content
1. Responsible for establishing and optimizing the process management system and operation mechanism related to the information system;
2. Assisting departments in process planning, process design and optimization;
3. Participate in or lead process optimization projects, identify and analyze process issues and drive improvements;
4. Understand the company's various business processes, accept the daily process requirements of the business, and analyze and handle the requirements;
5. Responsible for formulating and maintaining process architecture strategies and principles, organizing and designing and optimizing the architecture;
6. Have experience in IT consulting work.
Department requirements
1. Management and computer majors are preferred;
2. Proficient in the construction and management of information technology in manufacturing, finance, supply chain, procurement, production and lean production, marketing.
3, more than three years of work experience in large and medium-sized enterprises, at least two years of process construction and management experience;
4. Familiar with project management and process management methods and tools;
5, strong logical thinking ability and communication ability, manufacturing industry background is preferred;
6, proficient in WORD, EXCEL, PPT, VISIO operations, with good writing skills;
7. Those who have participated in the work of change projects such as ISC, IFS, LTC are preferred.
8. Familiar with ERP, MES, OA, BPM, CRM and other systems are preferred.
9. Team management experience is preferred.
