The 7,500 tpd clinker production line intelligent manufacturing and control project of Huzhou Huai’kan Southern Cement Co., Ltd. focuses on building core capabilities across five key areas—intelligent equipment, intelligent production, intelligent operations and maintenance, intelligent operations, and intelligent decision-making—while actively fostering a technology cluster encompassing “data, computing power, algorithms, application scenarios, and end-to-end integration.” This initiative enables system-level intelligent decision-making and real-time, autonomous optimal‑control for the production line, thereby delivering the four‑dimensional intelligent platform specified in the contract.

Sinoma Bangye, in collaboration with Huzhou Huai’kan Southern Cement Co., Ltd., has leveraged the MES and intelligent control systems—developed by Tianjin Institute and Sinoma Bangye and protected by their proprietary intellectual property—as core components, adopting a process‑design‑driven, modular approach to system deployment. This has enabled Huai’kan Southern to establish a fully digital, visualized, streamlined, and modular end-to-end production management and control system. Furthermore, it has achieved the integrated demonstration application of cutting‑edge international and domestic energy‑saving and consumption‑reduction technologies on Huai’kan Southern’s 7,500‑ton‑per‑day clinker production line. The automated data acquisition rate for production reaches 100%, and the CNC adoption rate for key equipment exceeds 96%; quality prediction and control are integrated into a closed-loop system. An end-to-end intelligent production control platform powered by “big data + AI” has been established, featuring an expert knowledge base and a rule library for abnormal operating conditions, enabling smart kiln condition recognition, global optimization, and real-time optimization of the production line. AI substitution rates exceed 98%, with an abnormal‑condition detection rate for the kiln system above 90% and an automatic commissioning rate of 95.4%. Key process metrics have seen standard deviations reduced by more than 20%, while the pass rates for clinker free calcium and bulk density have both risen to over 98%. Standard coal consumption has decreased by 1.26 kg/t.cl (1.29%), comprehensive electrical energy consumption per ton of clinker has fallen by 1.15 kWh/t, waste‑heat power generation per ton of clinker has increased by 1.07 kWh/t (3.70%), and 28‑day clinker strength has improved by 1.5 MPa, delivering significant economic benefits to the enterprise.

Eliminate information silos and build a high-standard, intelligent platform system.

The project encompasses five key areas: intelligent BIM design for engineering, intelligent production process control, intelligent equipment operation and maintenance, intelligent production management, and intelligent supply-chain logistics. It provides Huai’an Nanfang with a comprehensive framework centered on the clinker production process—from quarrying to the clinker storage silo—built around an integrated information and digitalization system, with full lifecycle management at its core. This approach enables the development of an intelligent factory across five major dimensions. The solution leverages an MES platform to integrate the entire end-to-end production management and operational workflow—including logistics, routine inspections, equipment monitoring, production, energy management, and quality control—and establishes an industrial big-data warehouse anchored by the MES. Furthermore, it facilitates essential data exchange with OA systems, ERP, sales platforms, and supply-chain logistics systems, achieving seamless interconnectivity among all production‑line information systems and effectively eliminating “information silos.”
