Industrial water system energy saving solutions

Category:

Smart Factory Integrated Solution

Status quo of the problem
Industrial water mainly has circulating water, chemical water and sewage. Among them, circulating water consumes the most energy, and the circulating water system mainly consists of a cooling tower, a dosing system, a side filter system, a monitoring system, a pumping station, a pipe network, and a water cooling system. The most energy-consuming of these subsystems are pumps and cooling towers. Pumps are generally operated at high flow rates, low efficiency, and forced throttling of valves; cooling towers generally have problems such as small temperature drop, large fan power consumption, and high drift rate. Other subsystems such as the local pressure drop of the pipe network are large, leakage, the temperature difference of the water cooling system of the device is small, the scaling is frequent, and the automation degree of the whole system is generally low.
