Gradually realize the strategic goal of digital transformation and upgrading of Yunnan Cement Building Materials Group.

At the kick-off meeting, Wei Can, the project manager of Sinoma Bangye, made a detailed report on the project plan, personnel allocation, construction progress, communication mechanism, project coordination, etc. Strictly control and fully coordinate the resources of various delivery departments within the company to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
