Project Overview
Guangde Xinhang South Cement Co., Ltd. has an annual output of 900,000 tons of cement grinding station. It adopts an open flow system consisting of 160-180 roller press and 4.2×13 ball mill. The roller press is a closed loop system, and the ball mill is an open flow system. , no dynamic classifier, designed production capacity of 180t / d. In order to promote the cement grinding station to become the “intelligent informatization demonstration project for cement grinding production”, Guangde Xinhang South Cement Co., Ltd. (“Xinhang South”) entrusted Sinoma (Hangzhou) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Referred to as “China National Industry”, the intelligent control system for cement grinding is implemented.

Intelligent control system application effect
1. APS start and stop with one button: the startup time is shortened to 3 minutes by manual operation for 10-15min, effectively reducing the idle operation rate of the host equipment, and the power consumption can be reduced by about 400°. According to the statistics, each start and stop can be saved. Use electricity about 600 °;
2. The cement mill intelligent control system obviously improves the working condition of the cement mill system, so that the air volume, the material volume and the roller press work reach an optimal balance state, effectively increasing the output and reducing the power consumption.
(1) Reduce fluctuations in key variables and stabilize cement mill production.
(2) According to the data of 2017/11 to 2018/March of Xinhangnan Cement Factory: 3 months before and after the intelligent control system was put into operation, the electricity consumption per ton of cement showed a significant downward trend, and the average electricity consumption per ton of cement decreased by 1.2°. -1.5°.
(3) According to the report data of Xinhang South Cement Factory: the average output of cement station in 2017/December 425 is 174t/h, and it is increased to 186t/h in 2018/March, with an average production increase of 12t/h, which is allowed in auxiliary equipment in April. Peak yields of 220 t/h can be achieved for several hours. The electricity consumption per ton of cement has improved significantly. In 2017/December, 425 cement power consumption is about 28.53°, 2018/3 ton tons of cement power consumption is about 27.18°, and average ton cement power consumption is reduced by 1.35°.
3. The cement mill intelligent control system significantly improves the quality of the cement, effectively reducing the standard deviation of the cement ratio table from 8.4% to 7%, and increasing the ratio from the table to 80.36% to 90.24%.
4. The cement mill intelligent control system can adapt well to most working conditions in the field. 325, ordinary 425, high-speed rail 425, 525 and other four cement varieties can achieve stable control, and the utilization rate is over 95% under all working conditions.
