Project Overview
Quantou Group Zaozhuang Jinqiao Rotary Kiln Cement is located in Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province. It needs to carry out intelligent transformation of No. 2 cement mill. 2# cement mill adopts roller press + ball mill combined grinding process. The DCS system uses the ABB 800F system.
In the original DCS system, Sinoma uses APS one-button start-stop technology (incorporating analog automatic control, sequential control, override control, etc.), APC optimization technology based on predictive model control, online fineness analyzer, three The seamless connection realizes the automatic switching automatic control of the whole process of the feeding amount/roller pressure/powder/main exhaust fan.
 
 
Intelligent control system application effect
When the cement mill is produced, the whole start-stop process only needs to press the one-button start button or the one-button stop button, and realize the automatic control of the key analog quantity during the start-stop process. The roller press automatically feeds the material, and the online fineness analyzer automatically runs. After the normal operation of the system, the APC control system is put into operation, and the automatic control of the feeding amount/roller pressure/powder/main exhaust fan and other parameters automatically realizes the automatic control of the whole process of cement grinding.
1. APS start and stop with one button: The cement mill system can shorten the start-stop time by one-button start-stop function, effectively reduce the air-running rate of the host equipment, thus reducing the power consumption; 2# cement mill has realized one-button start-stop function;

The cement mill intelligent control system obviously improves the working condition of the cement mill system, so that the air volume, the material volume and the roller press work reach an optimal balance state, and the product fineness pass rate is improved; according to the Quantou Cement Group in March 2019 - April report data, select 15 days of data before and after the intelligent control system is put into operation for comparison.
The cement mill intelligent control overall energy-saving effect: the standard deviation of reducing cement fineness decreased from 77.52% to 55.82%, down 21.7%.
3. The cement mill intelligent control system can adapt well to the production conditions of Quantou. According to the ICE statistical KPI, the system utilization rate under normal conditions is above 98%.
